Linda & Dr. Hefner	Dr. Hefner graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, Pamona, California in 1984. He interned at the Naval Hospital in Camp Pendleton while serving in the U.S. Navy. In 1989 he completed his residency in Family Practice and continued to serve as a physician for our military during the first Gulf War. He honorobaly completed his service in the Navy and was discharged at the rank of Lieutenant Commander in 1991. Linda Hefner was raised in Simi Valley California and persued her nursing degree at Oral Roberts University. Blessed with a servant's heart, it was Linda's ambition to become an Adult Registered Nurse Practioner and enter the mission field. Together, she and Dr. Hefner traveled to some of the most poverty-stricken counties to share a ministry of hope and healing. Later, Linda would share a new vision of hope through her business where she has achieved the success of Executive National Vice-President of an interationally renowned skin care company. After leaving the Navy, Dr. and Mrs. Hefner resided in Orange County, CA. There, he practiced the full scope of Family Medicine for 8 years in the hectic managed care environment of the West Coast. In 1999, they made the decision bring their 3 children to the beautiful bluegrass so their family could enjoy a different pace and cultural experience. On August 1, 1999 - Dr. Hefner opened the doors to his practice in Crestwood where it has grown solidly, along with his reputation of integrity and compassion. The Hefner's have embraced our community and consider themselves enriched by the wonderful people they have come to know.
Beth Davidson	Beth Davidson completed her training in radiography while working for the largest Orthopedic Clinic in Nashville in 1991. When she returned home to Kentucky she persued every educational opportunity that was presented and became AAMA certified in 1995. She has been active in the Louisville and surrounding medical communities for 13 years, and has been a resident of Oldham County for over a decade. In July of 1999, she watched the delivery trucks unload the office furniture for a her new employer who was relocating to Crestwood from California. She was with Dr. Hefner when he saw his first patient on August 1, 1999 and continued as his assistant, radiographer, lab technician , office manager, and most important - friend. "This new facet to Dr. Hefner's Family Practice is a natural evolution," Beth says. "They value his opinion and trust him because they know his heart. In his practice, you're not just a diagnosis. You're someone divinely placed in his care." Beth is thrilled at her new role in the aesthetics clinic. "It's a fantastic feeling to watch someone's personality transform when they no longer feel the need to conceal their real beauty because of, say, a few unwanted hairs." She continues, "We're not trying to create beauty. We just want to restore your beauty and renew your self esteem!"
Kimberlie Gann	Kimberlie Gann R.M.A., Skin Health Specialist Kim is a board certified Registered Medical Assistant.Her medical assisting studies were completed in Indianapolis, Indiana. There she received her licensing as a nationally recognized Registered Medical Assistant. For 6 years Kim worked as a cosmetologist in the beauty industry, providing make up artistry and skin health treatments in salons and spas. With a desire to do more and be more she continued her education and after receiving her RMA board certification in 1992, she stepped into the medical arena as a back office assistant and skin health provider for Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons. She was certified in chemical peels in 1990 and certified as a cosmetic laser technician in 1995. She is a member of the American Medical Technologist. Kim has worked along side some very highly skilled physicians in both dermatology and facial plastic reconstructive surgery and brings a wealth of expertise to the services provided at Renew Aesthetics. We are proud to be a part of her life long passion in the skin health industry. Clients will benefit from her knowledge, natural aesthetics instincts, and compassion for those who desire to look and feel their best.
